WellSync is a dynamic and innovative digital healthcare who’s developed white labeled patient friendly virtual care technology. We’re seeking an experienced Fullstack ReactJS Web Developer to join our talented team and play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop web applications.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS.
  • Implement and maintain frontend architectures, ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Integrate with back-end services and databases to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues as they arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with a focus on ReactJS.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Experience with modern frontend build tools and package managers (Webpack, npm, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQl and asynchronous JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in database architecture, preferably with MSSQL Server.
  • Proficiency in major CSS libraries; Tailwind, Chakra, etc.
  • Knowledge of MS Azure and web app development in the cloud with security in mind.
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and compliance.
  • Experience in collaborating with startups, understanding their unique needs and constraints.
