We at WellSync provide our users the ability to receive certain types of information via email and/or text messaging, including healthcare messages on behalf of your healthcare provider. Above all, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. When you consent to receive email and text messages from WellSync, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below. All names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers of patients are protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

By consenting to receive messaging from WellSync, you expressly consent to allow us to email and/or text you (via SMS and/or MMS) with or regarding marketing (including but not limited to calls or texts sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice), Personal Data (as defined in our Privacy Policy), appointments with your healthcare provider, or similar matters related to your healthcare provided by your healthcare provider, using the contact information you have provided. Additionally, you acknowledge that emails and text messages may not be a secure method of communication and that they are sent through an unencrypted method of communication and that information contained in an unencrypted message is at risk of being intercepted and read by, or disclosed to, unauthorized third parties, such as your mobile operator’s text messaging system. Your phone carrier’s normal rates may apply if you have consented to receive text messages. This consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services, and you may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to an email or text message or emailing us at: Support@WellSync.com.

BY OPTING INTO RECEIVING SMS AND EMAIL MESSAGES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS PRESENTED ABOVE, AND BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU GIVE YOUR INFORMED CONSENT TO RECEIVE EMAIL AND/OR TEXT MESSAGES FROM WELLSYNC ON BEHALF OF ITSELF AND YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER UNDER THESE TERMS.
