Jeremy Schrader PharmD
Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Jeremy Schrader PharmD, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, leads the development of strategic alliances and collaborations for the WellSync platform, focusing on expanding partnerships and driving growth across all channels. As the 4th member of the team, Jeremy brought his strong technology background and healthcare expertise, helping to shape the strategic direction and success of WellSync.
After graduating from the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy with his Doctorate in Pharmacy, he spent several years working as a community pharmacist. Through this experience, he saw the pitfalls and inconveniences of the modern healthcare system while providing compassionate care to his patients. Jeremy then led the development of a digital patient experience platform for the pharmacies at Wegmans Food Markets, building a comprehensive, proactive mail order option for patients driven fully through digital engagement.
Jeremy went on to further his career in software development at Cardinal Health, where he led pharmacy integrations and development for national retailers such as Costco Wholesale. This culminated in a one-of-a-kind digital proactive medication alignment tool for which he holds a US patent.
Jeremy has experience working with and managing development teams and clients of all sizes, from small independent pharmacies to national retailers. He has worked hand in hand to develop unique products for companies such as McKesson, Cardinal Health, Wegmans Food Markets, and Costco.
When not working to better patients’ lives through technology, Jeremy enjoys reading, cooking, and living a positive, healthy life. He lives in Rochester, NY, with his wife Michelle, also a pharmacist, and their three boys.
