Her commitment to customer experience and her knack for understanding user needs led her to become the Founding Customer Success Manager at the same organization, laying the groundwork for sustained customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Transitioning to Talkable, Bethany continued to excel as a Customer Success Manager and later as the Manager of Customer Experience & Success. In these roles, she significantly increased annual revenue and maintained an exceptional average renewal rate, a testament to her ability to foster long-term customer relationships and understand the nuances of customer needs.
