Brian Greenwood is an innovative and results-driven legal executive with 20+ years of broad experience representing public companies and cutting-edge start-ups in a myriad of disruptive technology and product spaces, including healthcare, blockchain, SaaS, IoT, semiconductors, and artificial intelligence. Most recently, he has served as General Counsel at: SkyHive Technologies (acquired by Cornerstone), PokitDok (acquired by Change Healthcare) and Vitesse Semiconductor (NASDAQ: VTSS acquired by Microsemi).
He brings an extensive background in general corporate law, strategic business development, complex transaction support, intellectual property, regulatory and privacy, and revenue operations and commercial affairs management.
