Fabian Calvo

He serves as Chief Executive Officer of WellSync and as Managing Partner of a connected group of companies spanning the longevity and pharmaceutical supply chain, where he is responsible for corporate strategy, operational direction, and the supply chain infrastructure connecting manufacturers, pharmacies, and providers.

Fabian cofounded NuCare API, an active pharmaceutical ingredient sourcing operation serving compounding pharmacies and clinics nationally; ProRx Pharma, a 503B outsourcing facility providing sterile compounding services with extended beyond use dating; BoomRx, an independent technology marketplace connecting providers to a network of regulated pharmacies; and Gatlan, a physician led performance and longevity platform. Across these ventures he has engaged directly with senior regulatory leadership on the evolving framework governing peptide therapies and specialty compounded medications. His operating philosophy centers on vertical integration, supply chain transparency, and rigorous compliance and quality standards, drawing on more than 25 years of executive experience.
