Jeff Cox

A technology entrepreneur and executive with more than 30 years of experience building software, companies, and high performing teams, Jeff began his career in 1995 developing asset and liability management software for the banking industry, and in 2004 founded Primary Key Consulting, leading technology initiatives for major companies including American Express, Wells Fargo, PayPal, and Apple.

In 2017, Jeff cofounded RadiusAI, an artificial intelligence and computer vision company focused on transforming the brick and mortar retail experience. Over nine years he helped build the company from the ground up, led investor relations, and served as CEO, Chairman, and Board Member before the company completed a strategic exit in 2026. He also founded and sold The Teamwork Experience, an experiential leadership company whose gamified, mission based simulations he designed and built himself. Originally from Milwaukee and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Jeff studied business at Arizona State University and has spent his career turning complex ideas into scalable businesses.
