His focus strategically positions WellSync to provide the nation's health and wellness clinic operators access to the highest quality, most robust formulary of compounded medications through WellSync's pharmacy network. Mark also serves as Chief Executive Officer of US Pharmacy Holdings, the parent company of a growing portfolio of pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses, where he leads strategic vision, acquisition initiatives, capital strategy, and long term growth planning across a 36 year career in healthcare.

Mark is Cofounder and Managing Partner of ProRx, where he serves as designated Responsible Individual overseeing laboratory operations, with deep expertise across 503A and 503B operations, regulatory compliance, and quality systems. He is also Cofounder and Managing Partner of EPharma Partners, a pharmaceutical sales and business development organization serving telehealth providers and medical practices nationwide with a sales force of nearly 100, and a principal investor in the WellSync platform. In late 2024, Mark led the acquisition of ProRx and helped scale the business to approximately $77 million in revenue in its first full year of operations.
