This solid grounding in business principles provided the foundation for his future success in healthcare administration. Eager to expand his knowledge and expertise, he went on to earn a Master’s in Health Care Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, equipping him with the skills necessary to navigate the complex healthcare landscape.
With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector ranging from sales, hospital executive leadership, to medical laboratory CEO, Steve has honed his leadership abilities and business acumen. Notably, he spent a decade of his career at the helm of three different healthcare startups, serving as CEO and guiding them to success. Two of these ventures yielded profitable exits, a testament to his strategic thinking and innovative approach.

He is happily married to his wife Mindy, and together, they are the proud parents of three children: Hayden, Hunt, and Savannah. Family values and a strong support system have been instrumental in Steve’s journey. In his spare time, Steve enjoys deer hunting, duck hunting, and watching college football.
